Inclus :	The total use of the apartment and his accessories as set bed-linen, towels and air conditioning. Additional costs (water, light, gas) and 1 weekly cleaning with minimum stay of 10 nights. Parking.

Conditions of contracts :	The customer agrees to maintain the apartment as at the time of the first day of stay and to inform the director any broken and adverse. The deposit will be returned at the check out, if the apartment will be in the same condition of the check in (functional and claen). For late check in please advise, if not we retain the apartment free starting from 17.30. For check out after 10.00 a.m. (unless agreed) will be debited a penality of € 150,00.
Conditions of offers:	The managment reserve the right to submit special offers for booking strating from 2 weeks. Special discounts for bookings till 60 and 30 days before the arrival date. The disount is only on the rent rate (final cleaning and other services not included).

Cancellation policy

Cancellation is an unpleasant word both for you and for us. Please understand that in the event of cancellation of the booking we will be obliged to charge as follows:
30 days before the arrival date there is no penalty.
From 29 to 8 Days before arrival 50% o the total amount.
After this period we are allowed to charge the total amount of the reservation.

The deposit may be retained in all cases and not take part in this regulation. The reservation of your stay will become binding with the payment of the deposit.

Travel insurance: to avoid unpleasant situations we recommend you a travel insurance.

This price list cancels and supersedes all previous rates. We reserve the right to change at any time prices and offers.

ATTENTION: We inform you that from 27.07.2011 the Italian local authorities have the possibility of introducing a tourist tax. This tax has never been included in our offers and, if it will be applicable, must be paid by the client directly at the hotel
