All our 29 rooms, 5 Deluxes, 13 J. Suites, 8 Suites, 2 Royal Suites and the Suite Pescatore, are spacious, some with lake view.

The parquet floor, the white beams and the modern design create an exclusive and unique atmosphere.

The bathrooms with a big shower or bath have luxury details. All the rooms are air-conditioned and include tv/sat LCD, direct-dial telephone, internet access with Ethernet cable, mini-bar, safe-deposit box, hairdryer.

JUNIOR SUITE: double room with balcony and partial lake view. Size from 30 square meters plus  bathroom.                                                         Capacity: 4 people max.     
JUNIOR SUITE TORRI: double bedroom with balcony and direct view of the lake. Size from 30 square meters plus  bathroom.                              Capacity: 2 people max.
SUITE: Double room, living room (also suitable as a second bedroom) with balcony / terrace and possibility of direct lake view. Size from 42 square meters plus bathroom. Capacity: max 2 persons
: Cottege history of the seventeenth century. and independently, on two levels: first floor small living room (also suitable as a second bedroom) and bathroom with a large window on the second floor attic room. Lake View and Historical Center, no balcony. Size: 40 square meters plus' bathroom. Capacity: 4 people max.

ROYAL SUITE PAI: 2 separate sections, and large living room (also suitable as a second bedroom) with two terraces, secure (1.50 meters of wall), two bathrooms. View of the lake, Mount Baldo and Old Town. Size 75 square meters plus' 2 bathrooms. Capacity: 5 people max.

All our rooms are non smoking, some are located in Villa Calcinardi, and have no elevator.

The rooms dedicated to the disabled are located nelll'edificio Central and Junior Suites.
